My daughter purchased a hoodie went home tried it on and while doing so the tag feel off the hoodues ended up being to big so went took the tags hoodie and receipt back to exchange fit size and they said that they can't exchange because the tags fell off. We explained we were just there yesterday and the tags fell off and that on the receipt it doesn't say that os the policy and just wanted to exchange for size. She rudely said it said it doesn't matter and that we have to go on the website to see the policy. I don't understand why is not on the receipt if I purchase it in the store not online how would I know to go online to look for store policies she continued to ruldely explained to me it doesn't matter they're not taking it back so now my daughter has a $60 hoodie that she cannot wear because its to bigWon't be shopping there anymore.

Very rude workers. Stared me down the entire time while with my group of friends while trying to shop, very uncomfortable. Purchased a top and left. Got followed by the same worker to another store. And got accused of stealing without reasoning… very bad customer service.
