“I usually do not write reviews, but I felt really good after this visit so I just wanted to let it be known. It's rare that I go into a store and actually receive help with a smile. I don't usually shop at Old Navy. But it was close to me and I needed an outfit quickly and I couldn't find anything at target. I am highly indecisive and a young girl I believe her name was Tina took the time to help me shop. As indecisive as I am and as long as it took me she was there to help me the whole entire time. “It's not a big store like in any other location but the service is pretty good, the gentlemen on the floor are very nice, cashiers very professional and patience, I can't complain.I Got a great selection of clothes from Guess and purse. Great customer service. Definitely coming back. Also have a nice selection for Men and they were very helpful.”

“At the store you can ask staff to find clothes your size. If your comfortable you can ask them for their opinion and see what they think. Their so nice and the actually care for their customers. I found that all the clothes are VERY HIGH QUALITY and pretty cheap. They have a wide variety of clothing for plus size and normal. they have shoes bags skincare and etc I Def recommend this place 10/10 I'd come again♡♡♡”
“Love this store! So many cute clothes and every time I come in I am always greeted and helped right away. The fitting rooms are also now open which is a plus because before with Covid it was so hard not being able to try stuff on. Best Charlotte out of all the ones on Long Island”
“Today my husband and I went into the store to buy two pairs of Timberland boots. Immediately after walking in a wonderful women Patricia walked up to us (while she had multiple items in her hand) and asked if we needed any help. She pointed us in the direction of kids boots (me) and mens for him. We found our boots and she was right there to go in the back to get our size. She was very personal with us and extremely on point. I have never had such exceptional customer service before. Patricia was literally perfect in every way and I hope she gets a bonus or something because she truly truly deserves it for how amazing she was!!!!!”
