“Very helpful sales representatives. They are very helpfull and nice! I always chose this one because of it's location. Also, today I called them at 7:08 pm and asked what time they closed she told me at 7:00.. So she did not have to open the phone and speak with me but she did.. Thank you guys!”

“While the store is impeccably clean and well maintained, Judy (I believe her name is), the checkout representative is almost always left alone with such a long line. This is not fair to customers, but to her, your own staff member, more importantly. While I was at the store two associates or managers were on the floor, and made eye contact but never greeted me or asked if I needed assistance, while the line continued to grow and they did not step in to relieve Judy on a Saturday afternoon. This has also happened while I shopped during the week as well. During checkout line peaks, other staff members or leadership should automatically come to Judy’s relief when they can clearly see she could use assistance.”
