I have come to this bank all the time but today I arrived as always and asked for the same ones as always. But the girl who served me was not in a good mood, she was throwing away my change. The negative reviews don't do this Chase location justice. The management Mike and Vanessa are very professional, kind, attentive and personable. The branch is always clean and the entire staff are very helpful. On many occasions I have gone to the drive up Atm and it always has issues, so I go to the drive up window and I'm greeted by staff members and promptly helped with my transaction.

No one ever answers the phone in that place no matter any day of the week, any hour of the day, holiday not a holiday they just don’t answer their phones so you have to physically always go there to speak to someone directly or call another location to help you.

Probably the worst chase I’ve been to. Teller was completely useless and had no interest in helping and let me walk out without situation being solved. Poor management for whoever hires these people

Am a non Chase bank customer I stop to cash a check and the teller refuse to do the transaction she told me to go to my bank and deposited the check that is ridiculous I can deposit the heck in my bank but will take a couple days to clear the check that’s why I stop at this bank because the check belongs to them and to get the cash even if I have to pay the $8 fee. For me that is a bad customer service.

The slowest service I have ever experienced at a bank. No matter what time to get here, there are lines of at least 3-5 people, and it takes about 15 mins minimum to get to the next available bank teller. I've been on that line trying to make a withdrawal and waited around 30mins with only 5 ppl in front of me when I walked it. The ATM inside has issues, so sometimes a quick cash withdrawal turns into having to go inside and wait on line. The drive through ATM did not have cash to give this morning. I just never have a great experience at this bank, it's very disappointing.

I have a mortgage with Chase bank and lost my job. I called asking to modify the due date on my loan so I would not miss payment and they made it impossible and instead started with foreclosure procedure. I have since caught up and almost paid off my loan but with much struggling and panic due to the lack of willingness on Chase bank to help. I have found the staff rude and dismissive. I do not and will never recommend Chase bank.

I'm rating the customer service at this specific location, not Chase in general (although I find them much better than other banks most of the time). I came in with a frustrating debit card issue due to me changing my mailing address in the same month that my debit card was set to expire. When I called the 1-800 #, not only did they end up *cancelling* my current debit card when it was still okay to use for 2 more weeks before expiring, BUT they then said they couldn't help me over the phone and I had to physically go into a location to order a new card AND change my address. And yet she still canceled my current card for no reason? Anyway, the bank teller Steve and the banker Eric were both extremely helpful, understanding and very friendly. Highly recommend them. I understand experiences may vary when it comes to visiting locations, but when I'm moved to write a positive review after a good experience, that definitely means something. Give these two raises.
