Love this store! So many cute clothes and every time I come in I am always greeted and helped right away. The fitting rooms are also now open which is a plus because before with Covid it was so hard not being able to try stuff on. Best Charlotte out of all the ones on Long Island

This store, it’s employees and executive management are all ridiculous. You aren’t allowed to try on clothes and there are no refunds. If I wanted this I’d shop online. Why doesn’t a retail store attract qualified employees that treat customers well? I’m sure they pay like garbage. Avoid this dumpster fire and shop online or at Forever 21. Trust me. Corporate doesn’t care about you or their employees and they’ll be back out of Business soon.

I’d give it -0 if I could.This store is disgusting , the workers have no personality let alone customer service skills . They claim to have the changing “ closed “ but I saw a couple and a worker come out of it but nobody else was allowed to use . They’re jokes and the store itself needs better workers and outfits.

The clothes their are pretty cute sometimes it’s hard to find a good deal though . Employees seemed ok ??♀️ One time I had a cashier who sounded like she was bored and didn’t want to be working there .. I also noticed I never get greeted when I walk in there which is why it probably never feels energetic in there ..they could do better

I bought three shirts two extra large one xxl. The two xl were very small cut. The xxl was OK but it was the only one in the whole store. I returned them the next day not knowing it was exchange only. I tore the place apart again because tags were inside the shirt. I ended up getting a gift card which I don't put the next day was not activated right. The a.m was very nice trying to activate it for me didn't work. She called the district manager explained everything was told they'd get back to me never did. So in essence I paid ten dollars for nothing because I got nothing in return. Will be calling cooperate on them. They don't make it easy to look for sizes as they fold the tags on the inside so you have to mess up the whole table to look for your size.
