The owner was kind enough to lend me a 12mm deep socket and extension, so that I may adjust my car's parking/emergency brake myself. No charge.

Great crew over there. Family business keeps Bay Shore going. It's very clean and organized. They do great work, and they actually work, not a bunch of lazy gabby guys. They're courteous and expedient. I highly recommend using this shop.

Got my fuel pump changed and told them i had purchased it myself and that they did not need the part and acknowledged it. When i picked my car up and paid they had got their own fuel pump and gave me a bs reason on why they did it and charged me an extra $400. The son showed 0 care and clearly saw it as a quick couple bucks he could make. Do not recommend this place

Beware of this place a single woman the owner is very rude and curses foul language if you tell him you don't want that part and it's not that part he yells and screams and curses out you he wants to put pots in that you don't need and not even fix the real problem or try to get the real problem with all the other parts you don't need and my father has dementia he ripped my father off he said he needed $1,200 of work to get an inspection and my other sister and my other sister which they're going to be writing reviews I'm actually taking them to a small claims court and Reporting him to the DM the DMV

beware the owner curses at you if you don't agree with him he puts pots in that you don't need I didn't need brakes and I didn't need rotors luckily he didn't put the rotors but I had to go to another place right after him to fix the real problem the noise I had on my left real side he ripped my father off my father has dementia $1,200 just to get an inspection he said he needed all these things but he didn't and my other sister didn't need it she's going to be writing a view she didn't need an alternator she needed a battery and he got it for alternator and he uses foul language and curses at you he has he billitos woman he's a phony he seems nice and up front beware
