I had an excellent experience with Bright Bay Mazda. James, John, and Anne Marie were amazing. No headache, no pushy gimmicks, no non-sense. Not only was everyone patient and knowledgeable, but they were kind and friendly as well. I didn’t feel rushed at any point and felt very satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to others.

Great experience. From start to finish, Henry was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. And easy to work with. No haggling needed because he presented a fair offer right out of the gate. The finance manager, Manny, was equally personable and professional. Not all car buying experiences are positive ones. This one was!
First service today. Exceptional attention to detail. Very attentive to any questions I posed. Overall great experience.
Routine maintenance (oil change) today. Received their usual professional and personal treatment. Kept us informed throughout. Easy process.

Big recall wasn't done as it supposed to, Dealer although with nice people , don't suggest or cares to perform the recall to its full performance, In talks with HQ and case is open. 6 months car with 3 recalls, you might want to consider other brand, Acura Lexus who's reputation is way beyond Mazda

Thank you so much to an amazing team, Tom B, Rich A, John S & Steven. They were honest, patient and understanding and very helpful. I went in knowing nothing about Mazda and after my first visit, I wound up coming back to purchase an SUV. I would definitely buy again from here. It’s hard for me to enjoy car shopping or trust a dealership, but it felt like everyone here from sales, to management to financial, they have changed my views to positive car shopping experience and I’m really happy with my decision. Another notable moment was when I first came in and had the salesman Tom, who helped us. Two days later we went back to purchase, but Tom was not there, so Rich A helped us. When I was signing the contract I said I feel badly that Tom wasn’t here. He pointed to the top of my paper and said “Don’t worry, I’ve included Tom on this sale, we are a team!” And that to me showed so much character. He could’ve easily made the deal his, but he was already honest before I mentioned it. Again we thank you all very much.

I had an oil change at Bright Bay Mazda, and the experience was fantastic. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the service was quick. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the short wait enjoyable. I left knowing my car was well taken care of. Highly recommend their service department!
