Don’t waste your time or money here. They do not care about the customer.
All it would have taken was two minutes for someone to open a locked drawer and instead the associate walked away and said he would deal with it later. If a 200 dollar sale isn’t worth 2 minutes of time, I recommend finding a better place that will actually pay attention to customer needs and not be children trying to get commission.

My wife and I frequent the Best buy in Bayshore. We would be remiss not to mention Ari one of your sales Associate. We have interacted on three different occasions with Ari and he has always displayed great respect, knowledge and character. We would also like to mention Jake in customer service who is Second to none and Muhammad in the printer department these guys were great. These Associates are a tremendous asset to the company. Thanks.

Bad experience with Best Buy. I purchased a brand new sound bar and they did not mention the warranty on the item. I probably used 2 or 3 times and now its not coming on. I came to the store to solve the issue and basically they not responsible for anything they sell. I found out they are not responsible for anything if you don’t buy their warranty, which I was not told.
Now I have to deal with a defective item.
I will definitely not buy anything from them anymore.
