After being referred by family members of the impeccable they do, I couldn't feel more comfortable in using this shop for my current repairs needed. As someone who has only been in three accidents in my lifetime, I had no idea of the head spinning process of insurance claims, adjusters, rent a car booking, etc. The owner personally sat down with me and helped make all the appropriate calls, claims, and car reservations while explaining each part of the process very simply so I was able to understand and follow the process. An accident can be very upsetting and frustrating but the ownership/staff of Pit Stop Automotive has made this particular experience minimally stressful. Their honesty and professionalism is a breath of fresh air. No doubt in my mind that I'll be only using this auto body shop for any future work I need done, as well as referring them to anyone in need of auto body work.

Took full payment for a repair, ordered no parts and did no work on the car for five months. Has yet to refund payment after the car was taken back because nothing had been done.

Keith, the owner, is incredible. He is very genuine and will only offer the right price and do all repairs with your best interests in mind. They have repaired my vehicles several times, do great work, and made the dreaded process of a stressful situation painless. I no longer live on Long Island, but I will return only to this shop to have my car repaired when needed. I would absolutely recommend this family owned business without hesitation.

This auto shop is absolutely horrible. I got into an accident in June of 2017 and they said they would have my car back on the road within two to three months and it ended up being more like six or seven months. My car was sitting in their lot half the time it was there and when they finally finished working on it I couldn't wait to get my car back. Never again will I use this shop.

Owner is a great guy. Friendly, attentive, quality work. Always a good price. Never does more than what absolutely needs to be done. His relationship with insurance companies is astounding.
