I had a very good experience at Atlantic Chevrolet. My car was in for an oil change and a tire rotation. i waited for maybe an hour, or less. Everyone nice and professional.

For several years now, I have been doing business with Atlantic Chevrolet strictly because of salesperson, Nadia Didonato. She turns the nightmare of leasing a new automobile into a dream. She is personable, friendly, up front, honest, knowledgeable, and accommodating. There is no haggling, no wasting time, and no playing games. She understands my needs, what I can afford, and does her very best to guarantee I get the best deal possible. There is never any need to shop around. She follows up to make sure I am happy with the car and always offers her help if a problem should arise. After dealing with pushy, dishonest car salesmen for decades, Nadia is a breath of fresh air!

I just want to thank My sales man Mike Fariello I bought a 2024 2500 Silverado on August 4 he was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me get out of my 2022 lease and get in to my new pickup and with his help as wel as Kathy in finance we got my brother in to my 22 Tahoe they both went above and beyond I will recommend seeing both of them if any family or friends are looking for a vehicle once again thank you Mike and Kathy and Atlantic Chevrolet

Diana Sanfilippo is a ray of sunshine to work with in the billing department…all you get is an attitude from her I guess she doesn’t want to do her job…. Real professional lady answering the phone how you did NASTY and trying to have other people be your middle man… just because of her I won’t recommend anyone to come here

This dealership has caused me heartache since I walked off the lot with this car. First it takes almost a year and a half for one of the chips to finally come in. When it does come in it takes me two visits one of which was over 3 days to resolve the issue. The service assistant Lauren had promised she made a note in my file for a free service and car wash. That note is the only reason I brought the car back to Chevy for the inspection and oil change. Turns out that note had disappeared and could not be found. Luckily after getting mad and annoyed enough the service department honored the free service regardless. However I will be trying to not bring the car back to Chevy for the remainder of my lease and will def be looking elsewhere for my next car once the lease is over

I was greeted at intake, and at the service desk. My limited time was accommodated and I was in and out in a timely manner. Everyone there is friendly & professional!
