Tried to BUY a car and they refused. Left messages, no one called back, went to showroom said I want to buy this Cadillac XTS would not sell. Called them again recently to buy a CT5-V, no one would even talk to me. Again, bought elsewhere.
Bought the car at another dealership (because unable to buy one here), came for service - everyone who works there is NASTY. Broke pieces in the car, gave an attitude to fix what they broke - until had to be reported to corporate.
They don't want to sell cars, they refuse to fix cars, how do they even still exist??

Not worth making an appointment, or visiting for that matter. This place is messy and slow.
We made an appointment to see a car that was verified in stock. An hour before our appointment, we confirmed the sales rep we'd be meeting with and the car in stock. Upon arrival, the sales rep did not exist, the car was not on the lot, and then were given to the slowest moving person on the planet. After a full 45 minutes of waiting to test drive, they bring around a car 3 trim levels away from the one we wanted to see. Ok fine, we test drive it and the sales rep talked the entire time. I couldn't focus on anything like the wind noise or the cabin noise because they would not shut up.
After getting back, I wanted to look around the car and find the differences between the model I had MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE, and he rushed me through that.
They wouldn't give me numbers on pricing, just a monthly payment, which was the worst. I couldn't get them to confirm my rebates or the junk fees. What a waste of time. I will never go back.

Bill Berlese is the best! This is the 3rd time he has come through for us on the perfect lease. He listened to everything we said and made the impossible possible. He lowered my payment, got me into a larger vehicle, and even was able to keep me with Cadillac. I couldn’t be happier or more grateful! He is the best :)

I took my 2015 Escalade to the dealership on Sunrise Highway, New York and my problem is when I swap the battery to my vehicle it won’t start so my mechanic started up so I can take it to the dealer dealer told me they would able to start my Cadillac because they didn’t know what was the problem so they didn’t know what to do so they called me up and tell me how to start a vehicle It’s a frustrated that this people work there and they didn’t know what to do so sad so if anybody knows where I can take my Cadillac fix, really appreciate it

I wish I can give 0 Star. Worst dealership ever, service department sucks I bought a car 3 months ago brand new Cadillac Escalade ESV. Started to having brake issues first month went 5 times already with that issue. I have bird chirping noises from brake and they test drove the car with me they lied that they didn't hear anything, while I was hearing it :)… my rotors were scratch and wobbled, after 4th visit they resurface the rotors but didn't put new brake pads drove 3 weeks and rotors scratch, now my car has 22.000 miles and they don't want to change my defective rotors and brake pads it was their fault not mine, they should have change rotors and brake pads service department associates doesnt know anything to make customers happy. WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS WITH THAT… ?
They have zero knowledge to make customers happy. I m trying to express my concern they dont even listen, do not buy a car from here, service department associate are so rude, everytime I went there I have been discriminated … stay away …

You guys say that the cancellation is completed. However, I haven’t received a email or a phone call stating that. This respond back that you guys have done is just a lie because I haven’t received any documentation saying my father warranty has been canceled.

Called in to service, and was greeted by a very nasty employee named Evelin. She was extremely short and rude with me from the start. She told me she doesn't know what to tell me and proceeded to place me on hold for an extended amount of time before transferring me to an entirely different department. The unprofessionalism i experienced makes me never want to service with the dealer again and instead go elsewhere. My family are all Cadillac owners and nobody will be returning.

Edited to add: If you do not tolerate yelling, abusive, etc behavior then your customer service woman should be fired because she was the ONLY one acting that way. Funny how you are so quick to answer a public negative review, but after 20 requests for us to speak to a manager, we still have not.If I could give 0 stars I would.My family has been coming here for years for service on our cadillacs, and never had an issue until now.The customer service department here is the worst we have ever experienced in my life. My sister had a problem with her cadillac, and the entire process was very sketchy. They sent her car out to replace her transmission, but in the process something else on the car was damaged. One person would tell her something, another would tell her something totally different. My mother eventually called a 3rd time to try and figure out what the heck was going on with her car, and she got this SUPER rude and nasty lady from customer service. She kept interupting her and putting my mother on hold out of spite, saying "u are going on hold until u speak to me politely" but my mother was speaking politely!! Lol. It was absolutely mind blowing.My mother eventually went to the dealership in person, and asked for the customer service manager. And she got the go around, no one would let het speak to him. The nasty lady from the phone tried to talk to her again in person and my mother refused since the woman was so nasty to her, she obviously didnt want to talk to her again. She kept asking for the manager and they would not let her speak to him, so she ended up leaving.Shes going to just take her car elsewhere now and none of our family will ever return here again.

This place is amazing! Came in for a Cadillac Escalade and worked with Mike Collins and Ron Detomasso. They were extremely helpful and got me the car I wanted, exactly the way I wanted it! I can’t thank you guys enough for all of your help and you have a customer for life!
