My experience was absolutely stellar!!! I was referred to Nathaniel on June 26th for my refinance. I was told that he was amazing at follow up and he definitely proved his reputation to be true. He made the process seamless and was definitely explaining everything along the way. Setting expectations and making sure I knew what was happening. By August 2 I was closing on my refinance and I couldn't be more please with Nathaniel. I would highly recommend his services to anyone's looking for a new mortgage or refinance. You will not be disappointed.

I will try to keep this brief, but there is so much I would like to say about Artisan Mortgage that it might be a bit difficult.
We were introduced to Jim when our daughter was buying a home. He was not only professional but also caring with our daughters situation. This was just the beginning of a trustworthy relationship. Our other daughter was in the process of buying a home and of course we contacted Jim. With this account we were introduced to Michele who treated us and provided exceptional care throughout the mortgage process.
We have continued to work with Jim and Michele through more difficult events through the sale and purchase of properties. We cannot express or explain the patience, concern and dedication they have provided assisting us through this stressful situation. They have always kept us informed and educated us on situations we were unaware of. Their dedication, concern for their clients goes above all you can imagine.
We also want to note that the staff in the office are always friendly and reassuring when we call.
This company, Jim, Michelle and the entire Artisan Mortgage Company staff is outstanding.
We highly recommend using this company. You will receive advice, have someone to call with your concerns and always put your concerns to rest and provide a service you will be very pleased with.

When my husband and I decided to sell our home Jim was one of the first people we called. Jim helped us with the purchase of our first home 5 years prior. Jim and his staff were absolutely PHENOMENAL!. Had been working w wells fargo on a refinance and 8 months and 96 submitted documents later they said they couldn't move forward. Spoke with Jim and had refinance done in approximately 3 weeks!!
