The owner is not a nice person at all, avoid contact with her. When stuff is out of order she puts old newspaper in the doors of the machines to show they are “out of order”(I have never heard of someone doing that in my life) without anything written on them. At least put something up something signifying it is not to be used. She was very snotty and rude to me. Would NOT recommend coming here. You are better off making the extra trip to Corning so you avoid the nasty owner

Pretty clean place, and reasonably priced. The reason for 3 stars is because of the multiple times I've showed up at 6am when they were supposed to be open, to find out that they still haven't actually opened. While I was waiting to see when they would be open, I called the listed phone number multiple times with no answer and no option to leave voicemail. I feel that if a business is listing operational hours then they should try a little harder to commit to them.

I was in there last night . it has always seemed to be clean and last night I watched 2 cockroach's go from the broken washer up front to underneath the dryers . I tried calling the number listed but there is no way to leave a message.i wont be returning that's for sure

First time there in over 3 years. Very disappointed. 7/13/23 at 8 AM until 10AM was dirty, no toilet paper in restroom, one change machine working and not very well, people were getting short changed.

First I would like to say this is most likely one of the cleanest laundromat’s that I have ever been to. Second the owner of the laundromat was very kind and informative of the area and what to do as some of the things we planned to do ended up being closed. Stoped here to do our laundry while on vacation, it was conveniently located across form the hotel that we stayed in. It was a plus because the hotels laundry room you had to use an app to pay for the laundry and the other was coin operated.

Going on 5 years I have used this laundromat and have never had any problems. They keep the place clean and make sure all of the machines work properly.

Nice laundromat, the only problem I have is the washers keep going up in price to wash. inflation is supposed to be going down, and the owner keeps price gouging..

Management tends to post constant complaints of patrons using machines improperly. "Don't like complaints then wash somewhere else."
