After starting out on a long trip to Keuka, my phone went dead. The early Sunday morning tech at this Vetizon store was wonderful. He quickly diagnosed the problem - a dead SIM card. And installed a new E-SIM card. I was back in business. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!
