Our 2014 Buick LaCross started having issues with the electronics. Simmons Rockwell told us it was the rear modules. We already were aware of a bad module (for the prior 2 years) but was assured that the electronic problem was due to the rear module so I authorized the repairs.
Since parts had to be ordered and no loaner was available and the electrical problems seemed to be intermittent, we decided to drive the car until a loaner was available. Within the next few days the battery went dead. We had AAA replace the battery and all of the electrical problems were solved except for the lane indicator. Your service man informed me the battery went bad because of the modules. The battery was over 5years old, the same age as when the original battery died. I was also told the lane alert, which I asked to be turned off, would be corrected with the module replacement. The lane alert still will not turn off.
It costed me over $1000 extra because I needed to have a loaner and was told none were available, until one suddenly became available when your company caused the delay with a defective part.
As an older women, I have become used to car repair men thinking I know nothing about automobiles, and telling me lies! I will avoid having cars serviced at Simmons Rockwell and when I decide to buy a new vehicle, I will go elsewhere.

Staff was helpful. They took my car in quickly and told me everything they were going to do. Walked me out to my car so I could explain one issue. They looked up my warranty and told me what was and was not covered.

Very rude desk person. Say they do not represent the car company, only Rockwell Simmons. They also charge you a fee for diagnostic tests even if you had them already done at another Dodge dealer. I know what's wrong just fix it.

This was my best experience by a truck. In the past it felt like it was rushed, and the young gentleman I worked with explained everything and were very professional. It seemed like they went above and beyond to explain stuff to me that I did not understand. I would definitely recommend Simmons Rockwell to any of my friends or family.

I bought a car from Simmons Rockwell Bath. Within the first week I had 3 tires go flat. Come to find out my car had dry rotted tires, And was missing a lug nut. The plastic was smashed on the underside, the mirror didn’t work and neither did the heated seats. These things were corrected but not until after my brother had to actually get upset and yell. They kept saying to me “I’m not sure what you’d like me to do” when I was stuck at work with 2 flat tires. This is my first car, I didn’t have someone to go with me to look at this car to make sure it was decent, and I don’t believe they should have sold a car that wasn’t safe. The guy that finally came to pick up my car actually had a conversation with his rider about how he didn’t want to drive the car because of the tires. He said he thought this car was never properly inspected and if it were his car he would have never passed it.

I've never dealt with such great service from a large dealership before. Emmit cook is top notch and their entire staff, post sale is a great pleasure to work with. Usually when you buy a car, you are no longer helped and really have to fight for documents or help. Not them! Would highly recommend doing business with them. My next car will be from emmit cook every time.
