Although my medicine was filled in a timely manner the customer service and bedside manner of the pharmacy technician was overwhelmingly disappointing. I had 10 prescriptions to pick up. Most of which were mental health medications. The technician "Diane" in the drive through window SMILED and POINTED to my medicine as she shook her head and she chucked to herself. Then gossiped to the pharmacist on staff. What is funny about being ill and needing medicine to get better and be stable? She should feel ashamed for what she did. Completely unprofessional!!!

The rite aid in bath NY is horrible. They take forever any other rite aid I've been to takes maybe 30m or less to fill a prescription this rite aid takes anywhere from an hour to hour and half you stand in line for 5 plus min or in the drive through for 10 plus min tried to call and check on a prescription and was on hold as caller number 3 for 30-40min went there and walked inside while still on hold 2 people busy other could have been trying to answer phone while doing things dont know but its horrible slow service. absolutely ridiculous if more staff is needed put in a request for more or something its horrible.

The manager there is a snobby arrogant unprofessional lady! When I called the phone was answered and immediately put on hold . Sat on hold for 15 minutes . Then when I asked if my brothers prescriptions were ready for pick up she wouldn’t tell me cause I’m not power of attorney. Although I’ve been picking them up for him every month for over a year . We will be changing pharmacies after this issue . Also when asked if I can speak with a manager she said you already are then I asked well can I speak with your boss she said she is both . Then told me to have a great day and hung the phone up.

The Rite Aid pharmacy in Bath is the best. Everyone is so kind and helpful from the front to the pharmacy. Plus they have great hours. I highly recommend anyone that needs a pharmacy to go there!

It is a struggle the last 4 times I have gone to get a prescription. The last 2 the pharmacy closed 3 hours before advertised time. Post it on your website or please answer the phone. I tired to call the store not the pharmacy 4 times to find out why the pharmacy with no answer but they were open. So frustrating… post it on google that you are closed!

Stopped in here on a fourth of July road trip. I needed some snacks and I needed to use the bathroom. Don't stop at this place. Bathrooms are padlocked. Customers arent allowed us to use them. What is this, the 1800s? It's just a bathroom. It's distasteful to prevent people from using the restroom in your store. I went across the street to Walgreens where I was allowed to use the restroom, and purchase snacks!

The Rite Aid in Bath, NY, is my preferred pharmacy. They offer a complete line of medical and other supplies. Their associates are always most helpful. Their pharmacist is on duty more than others.

As instructed I arrived at 3 to pick up prescription. Was told “they were working on it” and come back in 20 minutes. Came back 30 minutes later and they said the prescription never came in! But you just told me you were working on it!? They just told me to come back on Monday. Today is Friday. Moving my business across the street to Wal Greens. They lied to me and I have no trust in them!

Worst wait times can hardly ever get my *necessary for quality of life* refills on time due to the nature of slow drive through handling and not enough staff to fill the needs of the community. Plan for a hour and a half after your refills are ready just to wait in line if your not physically able to go in store for pick up. I would switch pharmacies but the only thing keeping me coming back is it's the only pharmacy that accepts my insurance. Worst service pharmacy staff is rude and slow. I'd give them 0 stars if I had the option.

The worst pharmacy ever. Our doctor called in a subscription for pick up. 3 times we got nothing but a rude denial that the doctor called. 3 times we confirmed with the doctor that the number was correct. Still nothing but BS from rite aid.Screw rite aid..... we had the doctor try elsewhere with immediate success.I will never use rite aid again.....ever!

Everyone in the Pharmacy is Fantastic! Their always quick with filling your prescriptions and even waiting for the hospital to send fax for them to. Very patient!
