I'm sorry that some people feel they have had a bad experience but please remember they are extremely busy especially at this time of year with all the cats and kittens. People could help by having their animals spayed and neutered. They have been involved with a lot of animal cruelty cases. They do their best with helping to match animals and people to ensure the animal has a good home. Like most shelters they have limited staff, a lot of animals.
Their responsibility goes beyond adoption. Please be patient you are not being ignored.
