Need to have some more staff working early mornings. Stopped here multiple times around 5 am, and one guy is struggling to work both the car gas counter, and the truck fuel counter / scale. Frustrating for the employee and the customer.

Zack D was very helpful.... Service didn't take more than 20 minutes. However Josh, the manager made me wait over 40 minutes, rudely told me to go to the office when I went to ask for help. When he finally came to the service desk, he didn't say one thing to me, didn't even look at me. After typing something on his computer for about 5 minutes, told another associate to take care of me.
Minus the manager, it was an overall decent experience.

We looooove Loves. Always friendly, clean and lots of interesting goodies to buy other than gas. If I could visit all the Loves in America, I would certainly consider myself “loved up” to the fullest.

Great rest stop. Plenty of room for our truck and RV. Looks pretty new and clean inside. Much better than the pilot across the street. Definitely would come here again.

First ever love’s travel stop charged for coffee… i fuelled up diesel DEF … empty to full tank … atleast talk nicely nonsense staff … they must know what actual customer service is.. i was in hurry otherwise i could have teach them good lesson.. i wont be fueling up from this particular stop ever now… worse love’s staff ever witness in my entire career…

Absolutely terrible service will never be back!! Stopped to use restroom and fuel up on a trip from NY. While getting gas had a tire stem blow out. Went over to their service shop to see if they could give me any help or point us in the right direction to fix our problem and was insulted by their response. As we were sitting waiting for parts we were approached by an employee asking us how much longer and that we needed to leave. Not a welcoming nor inviting place keeps the wheels turning and spend your money else where!!
