The work I had done on my car was quality and done in a timely manner. The customer service was great. They were kind , accommodating and thoughtful. I was provided a courtesy vehicle and was called and given updates on my car. I would recommend this place to others based on my experience with them.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Goodrich Auto Works.
Chelsea, the receptionist, was very polite and helpful in answering my immediate questions. She provide a through explanation of the process of how my insurance and the body shop would work in conjunction to do my estimate for the damage on my vehicle. She also assisted me through the process of securing and returning my rental vehicle, which was extremely helpful since the company was an hour away from my residence.
Chris, who worked on my quote, was knowledgeable and directly contacted the insurance directly to help me with my claim. He was able to work with the mechanics to fix my issues in an expedient time frame, as well as save me time and money on the repair.
The turnaround time for the repair was excellent and my car was taken in and assessed immediately upon dropping it off. The team was in constant communication with not only myself, but the insurance, and rental company throughout the repair, which put me at ease and was not stressful for me as a customer. I would definitely recommend and will return to GAW for future needs with my car. 5 out of 5 stars for me!

In April 2024 Goodrich Auto repaired the body damage done to my 2023 Nissan Rogue. The vehicle sustained extensive damage along the entire length of the driver side in an accident caused by another vehicle. Goodrich Auto repaired the damage and the vehicle was returned to me in “like new” condition. They kept me up to date during the entire repair process
and I am delighted with the work and communication services they performed. I highly recommend Goodrich Auto for any body repair work you might need.

Goodrich Auto works helped with everything from communication with our insurance company, pictures, estimate, giving me a loaner vehicle until they arranged a rental vehicle with my insurance be delivered for me, repairs to my vehicle. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. This situation could have been a great deal more difficult for me without the help from the entire GAW team! Professional, Kind, and very helpful! The repairs look great, my truck was cleaned inside and out! If you want a business that treats you like family and takes pride in the work they do, GAW is the place to go. Extremely satisfied with Goodrich auto. My explorer was hit in a parking lot a few months ago. Jolyn and Drew took right care of me and helped me with contacting and figuring out my claim with that persons car insurance. While my car was there, I received daily updates. I got my car back today and it’s beautiful. Was thinking about trading it in, not anymore….I fell in love with my SUV all over again. Amazing work done, looks brand new and even cleaned the inside.

I had a bad experience. I am normally a very cool headed person. My car was damaged in November and I was scheduled in January. The day I was scheduled I was told they would get a light in for me to take care of the one headlight being out.... I never received a call and I got the light on my own because I didn't want to be pulled over for a headlight being out. We had planned on my car repairs starting so I dropped my car off over night and had to be dropped off the pick up a rental. I received a call that they could not start my carand needed a different fob. I had to leave work to get them a key fob. It's over 20 mins one way., but when I got there my car was not there. So I had to leave work for nothing. They called me back because I was upset and settled nothing, they said they needed to talk to the owners and they would most likely tell me to pick up my car... at this point I would rather pick up my car because they have not left me feeling comfortable with their service.

From start to finish they were fantastic. Arranged all with insurance and car rental and finished having our Rav4 looking better than the day we bought it. They have great customer service. No reason to trust anyone else with your vehicle. Great job Goodrich!!!

Took our van in to Goodrich a few weeks back. Vehicle was returned in time for Christmas. They fixed the doors, replaced a broken window and cleaned it up pretty good. I highly recommend them for body repair.

They know what they have to do on your vehicle. The people that works thier ate awesome. When they say it might be 45 minutes to hour and no longer . I hit a deer and they fix my car it looks new in front.

2nd time here, once because someone ran into my parked BMW, this time had rust proofing done on my new truck. Takes awhile to get in, they are very busy. Highly recommend
