Jess was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Had a wonderful time upgrading and changing plans and was so patient with us while we had a lot of stuff to do.

I went to the Bath AT&T store and was greeted and treated very nicely. My new cell phone had frozen and the woman at the counter turned my old cell phone on again so I could use it till my new one shut off on its own. I need to go back to have her reverse the phones again. Great service!

Very friendly and informative agents. Incredibly pleased to be working with the AT&T agent Ed. He simplified and was extremely fast with his transferring two lines as well as answering any questions we had.
