I went in there to have my truck with this new wax. I had to fix my frame. They wanted to charge me. I didn't have the money the guy said. If I did a good review wouldn't cost me nothing. The guy took care of me every time I go there. I get a different person, but they're always nice and willing to help. Some people say ZieBart is a waste of time. I believe it's saved my 2011 Silverado. From the junkyard. I'm going to keep going there.They got good receptionist greet you when you walk in the door got nice place to sit down and hang out.If you have to wait, people are very polite there

My father-in-law dropped his SUV off to get the annual undercoating done. When we had went to pick it up, Shannon W. was very friendly, attentive, welcoming, and most importantly for us, didn't try to sell us something that was not needed. Shannon deserves to be acknowledged for her great customer service!

Had a little incident with my dog and my car needed a complete makeover. Reached out to Ziebart and started working with Shannon. Due to my work hours and Ziebart’s hours, the car had to be dropped off the night before and picked up the next night - Shannon worked with me to make sure I was good leaving it.
Once I picked it up, I was instantly impressed with the work they did. It looks brand new again! Every little nook was cleaned out. The seats were shampooed and looks as if a dog had never touched the fabric. Thank you for an amazing job!

My girlfriend got a brand new 2024 Silverado in this company did the redline in her truck bed and it looks phenomenal they did a nice thick coating all the way around only thing we wish they would have pulled the plugs but other than that it looks great

I actually had the opportunity to meet the guy that refreshed my undercoating and his name was Tyler. I've never been to Ziebart anywhere but will continue because of this guys amazingly professional and detailed work. It's not often, especially these days , to find a young man that just totally takes much pride and excellence in everything he does. This is just so rare with someone being so young! Tyler is definitely without a doubt a worker that represents how business should be conducted. Phenomenal job bud! Thankyou so much!!!!

If you want above and beyond service...ask for Cherry! He was AWESOME... professional, friendly, thorough and very accommodating. I also have to commend Tim from the shop for his OUTSTANDING customer service. The owner of this company should feel BLESSED to have these two on staff because they were definitely in a league of their own. THANK YOU!!!

Been coming here for years. Every year it is the same story. They try to sell bigger, more expensive packages and I refuse to fall for their scams again. I paid for a full detail once and they did a horrible job. Then I had a 2" scratch that they insisted they could fix, paid for it and then they tell me they cannot fix it. So I paid for nothing. Professionals would know by looking at it if it could be fixed, but guess they aren't Professional. Then today, our door lock was literally hanging off the door, explaining why the door was open upon us picking up the jeep. They TRIED to say the video they took covered them, however, we had an 8am appointment today. They wanted the Jeep there by 7:30 am. We actually dropped the jeep off the night before. We had 2 Jeeps to drop off, this particular Jeep was there upon us bringing the second Jeep. We know the door was closed tight, as I had my husband look underneath the Jeep, because my Father insists they never undercoat and the Jeep is covered in rust.
So this video they took, is useless and had to be taken well after they started the service. The video was taken at 9:34 am. I called corporate and filed a complaint. I hate Zeibart Batavia.. I feel they are a scam. Every year I go there there are new employees. Speaks volumes.
I honestly would not recommend.
Update: after severals calls from Corporate.. One staff member admitting they do not undercoat and the final one basically blew smoke up my booty, says he'll get back to me. I told him I know it all was attempt at appeasement, but what can I do, except tell everyone to steer clear of zeibart. From now on, for my yearly service that is owed to me, I WILL BE CALLING A STAFF MEMBER OUT AND WILL VIDEO THE ENTIRE JEEP MYSELF WITH THE STAFF IN THE VIDEO. This is the last time they will be pulling a fast one with me!!! Oh and btw.. they do NOT have outside surveillance!!

I went into the Batavia offlce to get a remote start. I was greeted by Marcus. He was extremely professional and helpful. After talking with Marcus, I ended up purchasing a rust protection service as well. I will recommend Marcus to all my family and friends! Thank you, Marcus!

I went into ziebart for tint, Marcus was very respectful and courteous. He helped me with everything that I needed and he was very educated on what he is doing. I would recommend Marcus when getting anything done at ziebart especially window tint. My car looks great, very satisfied.

Prior to this week we have had nothing but excellent experiences. However we had a salesperson assigned to us that was very passive agressive towards me throughout this years undercoating. We bought an extra package, and I always make a point to be nice and respectful as I know what it's like to have a bad day. I thought maybe this salesperson was having a moment and I ignored it and moved on. My fiance told me this evening that when he picked our jeep up this morning the very same salesperson made a comment about how I was the "customer who complained alot" when bot once did I complain and I thought overall everything was fine!
It's one thing to not like your customers, it's another to treat someone with such disrespect when I never once demanded, complained, or was rude. Additionally over the past few years we have spent roughly 2000 dollars in ADDITIONAL packages on top of the original undercoat dealership package. We have never had an issue and we have always appreciated the zeibart staff.
All in all they have great service but I will say at least one salesperson is not the nicest and will talk poorly (and loudly) behind your back! Very disappointed.

MORGAN!!!! If you are even considering any product or service from Ziebart go to Batavia and see Morgan!! She is the absolute BEST! She provides the very best customer service on top of amazing service!! She goes out of her way to make sure you’re satisfied and always with a smile!! GO SEE MORGAN IN BATAVIA!!!!
