Two young ladies were super personable, patient and accommodating, while shopping with my elderly dad. The store is clean and neat, the furniture is clean and there's a great choice. Nice to shop local! Not to many choices in Batavia to get that kind of experience!

We came, we sat, we bought a chair! Kathy was friendly and made sure that we knew the good and the bad about everything. At the end of our visit she showed us the chair that she recently bought for herself. We bought one too. Much better experience than shopping at a chain store. The delivery was professional and seamless.
