Frank in automotive was extremely helpful!! I showed up today with a dead car battery, not realizing they were closing early due to being short staffed.. Frank said he would stay a little later and put the battery in for me. He was very nice and provided excellent customer service!! Thank you!!

Located right at the Batavia exit off the Thruway, this Walmart was okay. A clean parking lot though the carts needed help. Inside, the men's room needed some attention. The shelves were decently stocked and I had no problem finding what I wanted in the deli and commercial bakery aisles. Bottled water was missing in several SKUs. Self-checkout worked fine.
Overall, positive. I've seen better and I've seen worse.

Self checkouts had a great staff member that helped me very polite. Store was busy. But was in and out!

Wal-Mart has just about everything and I was looking for a light jacket for my husband. We were out of town. I found just the right thing at the right price.

Selection isn't very extensive and they seem entirely overstaffed by employees who were inexperienced.

I would literally give this a -100 if I could. Never felt so disrespected in my entire life especially by a Walmart employee. I literally asked the simplest question with kindness and essentially got the invisible middle finger, rolled eyes, and ignored (I asked directly to their face and I know they heard me). I know Sam Walton would be super disappointed in with the way these employees acted. Like I understand some folks don’t understand what I say sometimes since I got a slight slur in my language due to my southern accent folks say I have but still no reason to be rude. Like I understand being a retail employee sucks cause I worked for Walmart years back an customers can be A Holes sometimes but no excuse to slack off and be rude to folks just trying to get some shopping done especially when their out of town and not used to your store layout

Awful. More the half the self checks outs closed. I abandoned my cart in the isle and went to Target. Did not have to wait to check out.

Navigating the endless swaths of degenerate hooligans is the first trouble of this location. Second comes the time spent scanning every item onto Walmarts Online software application for their "scan and go" service only to have their system clear your cart when you reach the self-checkout. Leaving you having to walk to a lane so their worker can remove all your items, scan them again, and re-bag all over again. As this has been happening nearly everytime, 10/10 don't recommend.
