Had a little issue with my mail. Brought it to post office. The manager was very nice and help me resolve my issue. And even the guy delivering it was a big help. Wanted to say thanks for great customer service. And thank you to the Gentleman that delivers my mail.

I receive the daily usps alerts via email of what mail is supposed to arrive so I know what should arrive daily. Foremost 5 business days I have not recieved mail. I have checked with my neighbors and they are recieveing mail. And no on at this location ever answers the phone.

Postal worker was extremely unhelpful and kind of rude. I tried to mail two packages via Media Mail and was told “we don’t sell Media Mail labels but you can buy a regular full priced label” for 20 pounds of books. I don’t think so. Went to the post office in Pavilion and had what I needed in 5 minutes. You would think with a bigger post office they would know more about their services.

There always sitting there saying my package was delivered but a lot of the times it’s not in my mailbox like it supposed to be in then they give me a problem when I called to find out where it is because it says delivery but it’s not in my mailbox
