Alot more expensive than Walmart grocery for alot of the same things! Good deli meat and and good beef though. Good potato salad and macaroni salads also!

Place always smells like dead/rotten fish, meat and blood. I am horrible with smells so honestly i’d rather go elsewhere.

My expectations were fulfilled by the goods on sale at TOPS Friendly Markets, and the service was amazing! In particular, Hailey was very helpful during my stay! Very good place! Five stars! ?

I came all the way from North Carolina I went and shopped here because my adult daughter and grandkids stay here for the holidays. This is where it went left my mistake for leaving my credit card at the house so I asked the cashier could she save my order until I run to my daughter's house to get my card she said yes, i left and came right back the cashier was gone, so I politely stood in another line and asked another cashier could she tell me what to do if I had a cashier save my order she said no all Nasty and as I walked away she said something smart with another customer and started laughing at the end of the day they need to treat All customers the same Batavia is like this and has been for years. A change gone come at some point. Batavia SMMFH....TOPS YOU NEED TO TRAIN THEM BETTER.

Eclispse glasses are fake. You cannot see a thing out of them. All 3 pairs were pitch black.

The bottle room has machines that are throwing errors and bins full. The cart guy saw me reloading my vehicle and emptied the bin. He said there is a bell to notify them the bins are full but there is no sign stating this. The Tops in Warsaw has an alert that goes off in the store as soon as a machine has an issue. This should also be the case here.

Tops in Batavia had my Runts I can't find in Rochester! Variety of items found at this location that isn't in Rochester. Cheese area had the largest selection I've ever seen at a Tops. Different selection of Little Debbie snacks as well. As Tops is based out of Buffalo, the stores in Buffalo and surrounding area offer more items. Definitely a different feel than Rochester locations.
