The quality of the product is ten times better than you will find in any big name store. I would rather pay more and do it right the first time! It was recommended to visit here first from my Dad and I will always recommend this store to anyone/everyone!!

I love that I can order online and come to the store for pickup. I have never had an issue and have always been treated well.

Wanting a certain color the salesman mixed exactly the color I wanted! This store offers best paint and products.Will shake your paint thoroughly!

We have used Sherwin Williams products almost exclusively for the last 12 years. As a 5 star rated painting contractor we try to use the best materials. However this store is nothing but problems. Doing a small job in the middle of no where we decide to go to Batavia (give them another shot) instead of williamsville (where we should have gone) because they said they had what we needed. Asked 3x. So we go there to find out in fact they dont have it. So we end up driving to lockport 40 miles away and 2 counties away to get product for a 1 day job. So after driving in excess of 100 miles and wasting 3hrs a 1 day job is now a 2 day job. Completely eliminating any kind of profit off this job and instead costing us hundreds of dollars in lost productivity and time. They did give us a little compensation on some other products we bought, however we are still delayed and now other jobs have to be pushed back.No I do not recommend this store. At all.
