Rite Aid is a great store with a friendly and helpful staff. The store is very clean, well stocked, and easy to shop in. Customers note the prices are much better than other locations and mention excellent customer service. However, there are issues with the pharmacy, as prescriptions are rarely ready after notification and orders can be incomplete or incorrect.
Got all my necessary shots with only a slight wait and the checkout ladies upfront were nice and friendly

Pharmacy rarely has prescriptions ready after being notified by text/phone call.Other issues happen also. I had 3 prescriptions to pick up, but1 was coming I to stock till the next day. GREAT! I will pick them up Saturday. Well, then I only had 1 ??? What happened to the other 2?
