We recently put down our oldest dog, and as hard of a decision that is, they did everything possible to make it as easy as possible, including letting us be in the room, offering to take paw prints and sending a sympathy card. They are reasonably priced for regular services.

Genesee County Animal Shelter
3841 W Main Street Rd, BataviaWe adopted a 2 y/o male cat in April 2024. He is a great kitty, but we had some challenges with our 8 month old female kitty adjusting to him. The team at the Animal Shelter were super helpful and supportive. They suggested I reach out to a cat bahavior specialist who provided us with strategies that really impacted how our cats interacted. Today the cats love eachother and are playing all the time. Thank you again.

Volunteers For Animals Of Batavia
3841 W Main Street Rd, BataviaI got a kitten from them last August and she is the sweetest thing ever. The adoption was smooth and I had no complaints. The foster was really nice and sent pictures of Ava Darling (used to be Larissa) every week since she had a hard time gaining weight to get spayed. I highly recommend this shelter.
