The staff and vets are all super friendly and caring about the animals they are entrusted with. We recently put down our oldest dog, and as hard of a decision that is, they did everything possible to make it as easy as possible, including letting us be in the room, offering to take paw prints and sending a sympathy card. They are reasonably priced for regular services.

Thank you Dr Paige for being so understanding and wonderful at such a vulnerable time. She really made us feel we were making the right decisions. I have dealt with her with my other animals and she has always been nothing short of amazing. I also like Dr Hecht a lot. He listens, but doesn’t push. I appreciate being listened to and understood.

I couldn’t get an appointment an earlier than 3 weeks out. I patiently waited with my sick kitten and on the day of my appointment they told me I didn’t have one. Now I have to wait 2 more weeks (for a total of 5 weeks) with a sick kitten.

My cats have been patients of Perry Vet in Batavia now for 6 months we have been there for check up & vaccines and the care they show my cats are fantastic and the prices are reasonable compared to other vets.

Kinda upsetting that you are required to prepay for your appointment. Reason being for high cancelation rate! Someone always has to meas it up for the good people.

Both 12 year old canine Salvatore’ and 14 year old feline Sophia go to Perry. We’re always greeted with a friendly hello and smiles! They are given World Class Care! The doctors and team are so caring, listen to your concern(s) and then make them theirs as well. They let you know next steps, they are wonderful, caring and friendly with your precious fur friends! I am very pleased and highly recommended.

Took our corgi in because he had bleeding on his front right paw. The vet explained it was because he did so much walking on concrete that his nails were worn down to the quick. Dr. Westfall explained why that was happening and suggested staying off the concrete or getting him walking shoes. I left there feeling like I was well informed about his condition and the options I had to address it

Been with them for years & 7 animals. They're knowledgeable in all species of animal & well equipped to treat/care for your beloved furry friends. Veterinarians and staff are respectful, helpful & understanding. I had to put my big man (13y/o dog) down a cpl years ago. I had called ahead & they told me to come right in. I figured I'd have to bring him inside so I went to the backseat & tried to figure out how I managed to lift him into the car so I could now get him put & just as I was about to breakdown, 2 staff members came out. 1 to grab my boy & the other to walk me in. They let me stay & lay with him until I was done saying goodbye & could compose myself enough to leave. I opted for a personal cremation. It took about a week & I got him back in a cute, big tin urn. They mailed me a letter which contained a card which had a poem on it & flower seeds for me to plant. The card is still on my fridge & every year his flower come back. Perry was a ray of light during my darkest days which I desperately needed. They come highly recommended from me

I love how everyone treats us with compassion and helps our little shaky dog get through her appointments. They were very good about handling our other dog when we had to put her down. Gave us lots of time in a quiet room with private entrance and exit.
