Pellegrino is a scam and they don't hold up there end of the deal.
They also left bolts and spark plugs in my engine bay when I can and picked it up

It's been almost 6 months and I've had my truck there 4 or 5 times for issues that should have been addressed before it was sold. Exhaust leak, was fixed but the mechanic backed up my truck into a pole which resulted in them replacing bumper (fixed) .Active grill shutters not working correctly, so they replaced it, but it's still throwing codes. Both exhaust manifolds needed to be replaced, which they did, it just took 4 days to do it and when they put the tires back on, they over torqued the lugs. Ruined almost every lugnut. I've noticed a wobble since I got the truck and thought it was bad tires. I spent 1200 for new tires to find out both CV joints are bad and the front differential is bad. These aren't things that just Go. Now, They've had it since Thursday and have only looked at it. Claim that they are waiting for the warranty company, well if it's covered and the tech says it needs to be replaced, why wait? Get the parts and fix it. A Fixed vehicle promptly = happier customers. So since this has been a issue since I bought the vehicle I get rewarded with paying a $200 deductible and paying for a over priced oil change just to keep their warranty. I can have a certified Ram dealer change the oil for almost half the price. Better yet I could do the changes myself more efficiently and promptly than their shop. At this rate, I will only return to this shop for warranty and oil, but I'm not sure how long I can deal with this kind of service. I should have just kept shopping. Guy, I'm sure you read these, so please reach out to me if you want to discuss anything.

Thank God I work in Buffalo and my ex is letting me borrow his car but what a joke be prepared to pay out of pocket for God only knows how long for a rental car if you use the warranty through them and you literally have to keep calling to get updated on what Is happing only been complaining since feb that something was wrong w the car they are a joke here the owner told me he does not have to give me a loaner and that they 5 loaners but yet for 3 weeks nothing...

Just no. I bought my car and within a month had to bring it back for 2 things that shouldn’t have even been an issue if they looked it over like they said before I left with it. So I bring it in, they tell me the 2 issues. I left my car and took a loaner. Upon them getting it and looking, the issues were different than they originally thought. They had the car for almost 2 weeks and I get it back, told by the owner himself I would drive it away with no issues. After I get to driving it, one issue is fixed and not the other. Guy was very nice, he offered for me to bring it back but the first time, communication was terrible and honestly, why wasn’t the issue correctly done when you just had it for 2 weeks? Beyond over this place. Who wants to get into the new car they bought and hear knocking coming from the back end? Not only did they not fix the issues completely but I got it back and now something rattles when I go over bumps in the back end so yay me
Update: air conditioning stopped working, back end sounds like it’s going to break off, doesn’t want to shift to next gear, rpm is all messed up. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Test drove 2 cars and the one seemed as if it wasn’t checked at all, it wouldn’t accelerate and it clunked.

We've purchased our last two vehicles from here and both times our experience has been a great one. We had the pleasure of working with Brian both times, and I'm happy to say that each time he made it very easy for us to get into our car. This will definitely be our go to whenever we're in need of a vehicle.

Professional customer service with a personable and approachable vibe from the start. They waste no time fixing any issues a vehicle may have upon purchase or within time of warranty! I had the pleasure of working with Guy Pallegrino, whom was very courteous, customer oriented, and hospitable toward Pallegrino Auto Customer's. #Awesome! ?

We purchased a car in July of 2023. Everything seemed perfect at first. Our salesperson, Brad T., was very attentive and kind during the entire process. However, the service staff was terrible and negligent. Upon picking up our vehicle, we noticed the front hood of the car was damaged (why would you sell this vehicle without repairing the hood?) We also immediately noticed the car was dirty inside and was barely detailed (we found a bra in the trunk!)
We made TWO follow-up appointments with servicing to repair the hood. They said it would be an all day thing, so we made appointments very early in the morning. BOTH times, the service staff could not locate our appointment after driving 45 minutes to Batavia. About 2 weeks of the owning the car, the shift knob stopped working and we could not switch from park to drive. We found a work around by slamming on the shift. We were completely frustrated with Pellegrino and felt discouraged from receiving any kind of servicing from them.
It hasn't even been a full year since we've owned this car, and the check engine light has come on, along with an oil pressure error. I would not recommend this place, especially if you're in the Buffalo area, and have to drive 45 minutes for maintenance.
Giving 1 star only because of the good customer service from Brad.

I started out just going to look at a vehicle to see its condition and if I wanted to buy it. Well then I went in to see a sales person and low and behold I met the best sales person I have ever dealt with Brad T. My experience dealing with Brad and Pellegrino Auto Sales was nothing but Sensational!! The individuals I had the opportunity of meeting while making my deal were awesum and so very friendly it amazed me. They honestly work for the customer and not just for themselves as do other dealerships, it was a very pleasing experience when I bought my new to me used car. Thanks to all who made this possible at Pellegrino's :))

I bought my car 2 years ago from Pellegrino Auto and was very pleased with the sale process, however I have to give kudos to te Service Dept. I bring my car in for regular maintenance visits and have to say that Steve and his team are great. In particular I have to give a shout out to his Technician Chris. Chris is fantastic! He's friendly, attentive to details, and eager to help.
