“It's Wallmart known for all stop or one shop shopping. I found what I needed. I was able to get hot food from the deli that has limited items maybe 10 to 6. The deli staff was friendly. They had nice prepared salads by different suppliers I found to fresh product to be average. As with any megamart items will be out of stock of on in wrong areas this was the same here. The store was overall clean and I checked out with no issues with prices not matching what was posted.”
“Spent over 5 1/2 hrs here for no fault of spectrum, but because the service I was switching from made this near impossible. Blake made, what could have been a horrible experience, absolutely amazing. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable. The ONLY reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 was because his coworker (Mike maybe) helped me toward the end of this, as Blake had another customer he was helping as well, and he decided to make a comment that he “always finishes Blake’s jobs” which ended my experience on an irritating note. The most Mike did was click 3 buttons to reset my trade in to factory settings. Highly recommend you work with Blake if the opportunity is there. You won’t regret it.”

“Was in the Batavia AT&T store Saturday, May 18th. Jordan was working alone and was already in the process of transferring data on a phone for another customer. My daughter and I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes and he had already pointed us in the direction of our new phones to look while also getting my information to get started on the purchase process. Jordan was extremely efficient and knowledgeable, and while continuing to monitor the other customers progress, he was able to get our TWO phones and additional purchases together. He did the trade in for my daughters phone, got her transfer started, finished with the other customer, and then finished with ours. Was a great experience as I've always had at the Batavia store. But was extremely happy with the whole process being taken care of a lone manager on a Saturday. Thank you again Jordan!”
