Everyone here is incredibly nice. They're always very helpful and really go out of their way to help, I've seen it several times. It just has a really good vibe and everyone is happy there. They have freeze dried sour Skittles too!! If you're looking for something more as a daily "smoker" this is the place. Only place within a 50mile radius that has products that can actually make me feel at least something.

They usually got all I need, my mornin coffee, my cold drinks, and my smokes and if I'm a few cents short, they still help me out!! I work late nights and early mornins and I can't wait till Harry and his family open up that kitchen, bc his wife and daughter definitely both knows how to cook!!

The sweetest workers I have ever met here. Remi is literally so nice and me and my significant other always end up just staying there to talk to her. The owner Harry is the same way. My go to gas station. :)

Customer service is always on point. Rubi/Remy has been very helpful and resourceful, has the best knowledge of products and just awesome!!! I’ve had the best recommendations on products. Store is clean, atmosphere is great. I visit there whenever I’m in Batavia. Im so glad for this Mobil.

No real complaints. The store is side is kinda a smoke shop and kinda smells like it too. But the beverages are cold and they had what I wanted

I typically get gas from here and I didn’t have any complaints about this place until I went inside for the first time to buy a bag of ice and the older man working was extremely rude. I will never come here again, even for gas because of my experience today. Kindness goes a long way, and this man was far from that. I’d rather go out of my way for gas than give somebody who treats people so poorly my business.

Went today to cash a $100 winning lottery ticket I bought there. I waited 15 minutes for the guy that was working to come inside. He scans my winner and I buy $50 in tickets and wanted the other $50 in cash. He says I have to spend it all in tickets because they have a new system and he doesn't know how to operate it. After I repeatedly said no I want the other $50 in cash he gave it to me. He obviously new what to do. He has worked there a long time. He is the only worker there that is rude. And he is so rude. Every time I cash a winner in even if he didn't sell it to me and it's only a $20 winner he asks how much am I going to tip him and he is serious not kidding. He needs to be fired.
