I stopped by to ask for assistance and Marc was very patient and offered to help me. The problem was solved promptly and I WILL recommend this company to anyone with computer issues. I know I will call on him NEXT TIME I have some problem with my computer.

I spent over $1300 on a computer to be built. I told them I am a music producer and I will be editing videos. they built me a computer that looked like I was going to be working in an office. The computer didn’t even have a graphics card. This computer had stock components that barely ran pro tools as good as my old windows xp computer. This modern computer didn’t even have WiFi built in. It chugged when I ran tracks with minimum vst’s. The worse part is it died in less than 3 years making me lose a lot of my creations. I’m not sure if they don’t know how to build a computer with the power I needed or took advantage of me. They are very nice people but that doesn’t help my computer needs. If you’re building or buying a basic computer that should be fine, but not if you need a work station.

I bought a ssd online from a different retailer it didn’t come with the screw I called millennium and they had one waiting for me at the counter I even offered to pay and they said free of charge 100% would recommend going here

Millennium Computers just did a hard drive replacement on my laptop. My laptop works just like new and I'm very pleased with the results. The customer service was outstanding and the owners were a pleasure to work with.

I had Millennium configure my desk top and lap top a a few years ago and they did a great job. I recently had them perform a security and maintenance check on both. The work they performed was outstanding. Using remote tech programs to do the work made it fast, easy and convenient. Michelle and Mark are friendly, extremely competent, and really appreciate your business. They and are a pleasure to work with. Look no further if you need PC help.

Although I live in mid-Michigan and Millennium Computers is in western New York, thy are the only ones who have serviced my computer in any way for the last five years. I have not had a problem they have not been able to help me with in a timely fashion. Mark and Michelle are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous..

I had a brown out in Alabama NY, and thought I fried my hard drive. They took it right in and tested it. They got right on it. Then told me that it was't fried but that it was slow they gave me a part for free, And then would not take any money from me saying its only been 5 minutes. He thanked me and If I ever have anything to fix I will take it back to them ASAP. Thank you, so much for your help. It is greatly appreciated.
