They didn't want to work on my car.Took it to Toyota. They got me in and out.I love Toyota. The mechanics at Barretts do not know what they are doing. Someone needs to be Fired. I will never go to ken barretts again.was looking to buy a new vehicle from Ken barretts.After the ordeal with ken barretts.I will never go back to them again

Haven’t purchased a vehicle here yet but when I’ve shown interest there has always been prompt response from salespeople plus when I purchased a key fob for my current vehicle they gave great information on what to do when I called before coming in and then when I was there were very helpful
