Blake made, what could have been a horrible experience, absolutely amazing. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable. The ONLY reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 was because his coworker (Mike maybe) helped me toward the end of this, as Blake had another customer he was helping as well, and he decided to make a comment that he “always finishes Blake’s jobs” which ended my experience on an irritating note. The most Mike did was click 3 buttons to reset my trade in to factory settings. Highly recommend you work with Blake if the opportunity is there. You won’t regret it.”
