Love this laundromat for it's cleanliness and extra large capacity washers. Was at this place on 10/4/2024 @ 2:45 pm. Lost money in the machine for dryer sheets. Started to tell lady who works here as she walked by me and she cut me off very rudely saying she was mowing the lawn and could not help me.

It's a nice place to do laundry. A little pricey though. Attendants are helpful

The one lady that is always there with curly light brown hair is extremely rude wouldn’t let us start our laundry when it was 6:30 telling us that you have to put the laundry in before 6:45 and it’s clear that it posted on the door and we understand but it wasn’t 6:45 it doesn’t take 15mins to put laundry in a washer and then wanted to put her hand in a 4 year olds face and told us we can’t come in…

Very clean and attendant was very helpful! My dryer broke and needed to dry a couple loads! Dryers were huge and clothes dried quickly and wrinkle free since the capacity was so big!

Very good machines apart from dryers but very clean and calm. A worker was very rude. It was my first time being there and I was looking at some bags they had to see how big they were to maybe use them and I started folding them back up to put them back and the lady came and yanked the bags away from me saying oh no u can't have those very rudely! And I told her very firmly in high voice "I was folding them back and putting them back, you don't have to yank them away from me like that, that was very rude of you to do!" And then she gave me a look like she was surprised I just spoke to her like that and starts walking away saying if u want them u have to buy them like no duh that's why I was looking at them. HORRIBLE experience for someone's first time trying a laundry place. She could have said " are you looking on buying some" but no

Only one worker here is nice. The rest are a bunch of rude old hags. I will never come here again. The place in nice it is mostly clean. But the majority of women that work here are so rude they should all be fired but one. There is one lady that is nice but not enough for me to keep coming back.

To the lady that complained of a "man" hovering over her 2 year old. That "man", was a 15 year old severely autistic boy. He is non verbal, as I explained to you, and has a sister with the same name as your child, hence the name he was repeating after hearing you repeat it over and over again; once again, as I explained to you. I commend you on watching your child, but He was not 'hovering' over your child. He was listening to music on his iPad near the window where he likes to stand. Again, as I explained to you.
You may want to learn a bit about autism because it's prevalent in the schools now, and it just makes sense to teach your child (and I would argue that you, yourself, could use a little education on the subject), as your child will be going to school, and needs to be diverse in today's world. My 15 year old child, while large, was not intimidating, nor making your child uncomfortable. And as long as you don't want a discrimination lawsuit on your plate, (I will mention that his autism is a severe disability, and it's illegal to hate against the disabled), you might consider some education on the subject. Your child, nor my child, were under no threat that day. He was simply rotely repeating the name of his sister, Rain, after hearing it repeated time and time and time again ...by you.
Happy educating yourself and creating a accepting, diverse child in the future, as she, and you, will be interacting with the neurologically disabled quite often in the future and when she starts school. Again, as I mentioned to you that day.
My best wishes for you and your child within the scary society comprised of many people with disabilities that you will be forced by law to comply with if you are not more careful.
