Great service from Steve, James, and Chris last week when we were traveling through Batavia and the serpentine belt on our van broke! Everyone was courteous and professional. They towed us in and got us back on the road the next day as soon as possible and pricing was reasonable. Thanks for the great job!

We had a hell of a time going camping a few weeks ago, but thanks to Dan's Tire & Auto Service Center we were able to make it!
We ended up losing both of our leaf springs on the front axles of our 2018 Heartland Wilderness Camper at 430pm. We had just crossed over the thruway bridge on 237, hit a bump, heard something, then 20 seconds later saw a ton of smoke. We had to call a tow truck to tow us off the main road, it took maybe 20 mins for them to show up. We didn't know what we were going to do since it couldn't move. They got it jacked up and movable again. Once we got it towed to a safe location (no more than 5 miles because it couldn't handle any more) in Stafford, the tow guy (Jim) said he could fix it. I went to Tractor Supply and bought the $215 parts then he installed them on the side of the road, $588 later for him we made it to the campground at 9 pm and relaxed. What an adventure. I hope this never happens to anyone but I would give Dan's Tire & Auto a 10 out of 10 review! They did everything they could to make sure we were calm and made it to our destination.

Dans was able to immediately get me in when stressed with a stripped lug nut issue. Chris worked tirelessly to remove the nut while causing the least amount of ancillary damage and cost. The prices were fair and reasonable and I will be back for future car needs.

I cannot thank Jonathan enough for his roadside assistance. My car was making a loud noise on my trip from Rochester, NY to Cleveland, OH. After calling AAA, he came in the tow truck and assessed my situation for me! Although he said my car was still drivable, I asked if there was any way his shop could repair my car. He called his colleagues and they got me in RIGHT AWAY even though the shop was closing in 30 minutes. He was very attentive and helpful! All of the staff at Dan’s Tire & Auto service were super friendly and accommodating.

Dan’s tire and specifically James got me out of a really tight situation on a very rural section of the 390 in the middle of the night after my roadside assistance said they couldn’t help me for at least another 8 hours. Multiple other tow companies turned down my request before I called Dan's.
James came quickly and provided very professional service while delivering me to Tonawanda on a long haul tow. The truck was clean and very comfortable. The price was very fair as well for the time of night and distance requested
I wouldn’t hesitate to directly call them again or recommend them to anybody who is in need of roadside assistance in the future.

Had my vehicle towed to their shop for a repair. The vehicle was diagnosed and repaired promptly. Staff was courteous and informative, the diagnostic tests and repair cost was reasonable as well.

Called Dan's on Monday morning when my Jeep would turn over but wouldn't start. Didn't have a warm and fuzzy feeling when the tow truck operator didn't know how to open the hood! After I showed him, he began jumping the battery even though I told him the battery was fine that it turned over but wouldn't start. After a few minutes, he said it had to be towed. The cost to tow it was $250.00. Dan's had the Jeep until Thursday when they informed me they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, and it would have to be towed to a dealership. It cost me $194.00 for their diagnosis and another $150.00 to be towed to the dealership. Total amount to Dan's was $594.00 and all I got was my vehicle towed to a dealership!
