They have this really cool new system where it's impossible to actually let a phone ring and speak to someone. Instead you have the privilege of calling 15 times and leaving 5 voice-mails to be ignored for several days. Customer service at its finest ??

They are so slow I have sat in drive thru for 20 minutes waiting to get meds they need to fix the issues I would do half start but can't
