I'm not exactly sure what changed after the new ownership took over, but the back of my Explorer is definitely not cleaned as well as it used to be under the previous owners. Could be due to only having one person doing pre wash? They used to have 2 people doing it. I also noticed that my Explorer isn't totally dry when I come out any more. Always water on the windshield and hood, and back window. It appears to be the same air driers being used as previous owners, but something has definitely changed. Debating canceling my monthly subscription if things don't return to how they were just a few short months ago. Washes were much better under previous ownership.

Quality of wash has dropped since ownership change! Missing the old place. Under body spray is weak, wife’s SUV never gets back clean, and the windshield is never dried. Please tweak the settings

Since this place changed owners, its terrible! Soap all over the back of my car every single time and its soaked. Barely dries and soap everywhere, they need to do something. I have been a loyal member but looking elsewhere for better options.

The new system to read license plates suck. The old system worked fine. I pulled in and had to scrape the side wall of my tire to get it to read my plate. Review will be changed once this is fixed.

This was a great car wash til Splash bought,I will be canceling my membership,I actually came here from Splash because they were so bad,today last straw,pull in an they hv member lane an non member,,,there was line in member with several cars waiting with salesmen trying to sell member ship which is fine,,,,in non member lane,after sitting there for 10 or so minutes I left,will no longer deal with them

They need to fo better. The back of my suv is always left filthy dirty and the blowers definitely don't dry your vehicle at all. It leaves the windshield completely wet so you have to mess it it by using your wipers and the rest of the vehicle will have spots all over it. Either add more or maybe reposition them. This just started within the last two months. Otherwise I've been pretty happy.

Very convenient and easy to use. 4 Stars only because it’s a bit hit or miss on the quality of the wash and dry. Today my hood didn’t get dryer off well and some winter visits just don’t get the dirt off. I think they are always adjusting. Overall great place. They even give you cleaning micro cloths to use and return for clean ones. We always subscribe to the unlimited plan.

I'm a customer of the Auto Wash Car Wash on West Main Street Rd in Batavia City, NY. I called to have a new 2025 Toyota Rav-4 removed from my account. It was at the begining of the billing cycle, and paid for for the month. Customer Service was very understanding and helpful, and credited the payment to my 2016 Chevy Silverado. That was great customer servive, and a great outcome. In my opinion, Auto Wash is a great place to do business, and their customer service second to none.

Buy the wash package if you wash your car more than 3 times in a month. Vacuums work great at every location I've visited so far. I drive a black car, and a once a week visit keeps her shiny. Friendly staff/customer service, they earned their 5 ⭐ from me 😁
