I got my tires changed about a month ago, the people who changed my tires told me the steering is wobbly because of the brakes, I replaced brakes all the way around and the issue was still there, brought my van to the Batavia Dunn tire and the 2 guys working really took care of me. They were kind and extremely helpful. I really appreciate those guys! Definitely recommend going there for your tire needs!”

“Excellent customer service! I’m from out of state and stayed in Batavia for a couple days. Had a tire that kept going flat and needed to be at a wedding a couple hours later. I explained I was in a hurry and they took my truck straight back and replaced the valve stem right away. Was in and out in no time and on a Saturday at that!”

“I had a normal situation turn quite pricey when other service shops couldn’t get my lug nuts off to replace tires. Monro was there for the job, they were able to remove my lug nuts, replace the ones that needed it after what they went through to get them off and got my tires on AND even though it took over an hour, they charged for an hour of labor. Grateful my car has new, safe shoes for my upcoming trip - would not have been feasible without these guys!”
