The lighting is dark and yellowed, flooring is pretty damaged, etc. Staff was able to get us product to fit our needs, but what we actually came in for was either out of stock or not sold from that location. This isn't a bad Advance Auto Parts. Friendly, helpful staff, decent prices and stocked well. I frequent this Batavia, NY location with my Husband for all our auto needs.

Best customer service I’ve ever had.and Shane and woody are the best. Absolutely recommend these guys are life savers will never go anywhere else!!!!
