we always run into problems with this pharmacy. we have to wait , there are "problems filling the script that is complicated because of how the Dr wrote script "( this happened twice) or they no longer accept the insurance and they don't call to tell you so you dont know u til you go to get your medicine and you need them or most recently unwilling to fill out script from urgent care because they close in 15 minutes so we have to wait another day with a ear infection to get meds . although this is most convenient for us we go elsewhere because most of the time there is a problem getting our meds filled and it's frustrating to go there,

Went to the one hour photo. Alyssa the manager spoke to me. Rude. Call me honey. We ordered the pictures for pick up that were late to begin with by hours and she blamed it on a machine. Don't believe it. They were supposed to be adhesive and they weren't. No big deal, but then they say they can't get it done between 6:30 and 9:00? AND we have to return the old ones despite clearly paying extra for stick on photos and not getting them. This isn't the first bad experience there. FIND NEW STAFF! Clearly the 2 star review this Walgreens holds on google is generous.

Staff is so awesome helpful and understanding. And also whomever answered the phone today in pharmacy was so upbeat and nice I have a huge smile on my face right now. Thank you!!!
