For 6 months trying to get a sit down to replace my Life Policy and of the 7 calls I made to try to speak with someone and the promise of a return call, I received only one. The call came in while in a business conference call and requested a return call that I did not get. But the individual did ask if I would purchase a Whole Life of which I said no and wanted another term life....since Term is what I needed and Whole life is what they wanted me to get....I never got a return call.....I have been a client for 20 years and this has always been the problem with this office, lack of follow up and no follow thru...I replaced my policy the next day with State farm....

After 10+ years with Kevin Franchino Allstate and his predecessor Kevin Drummond, we had to change agents. They were nonresponsive to our request todiscuss the significant increase of our homeowners policy. They were also always difficult to reach and gave incorrect Information regarding a change in auto coverage. Luckily, the 800 corporate phone contact was able to help, as was our new agent.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, I know everyone has to make a living. I guess it was good at first, i had insured 2 cars, then I bought a new car and ask for full coverage, I had full coverage for a few days I guess, but then months later when I added another vehicle, I found out they only gave me liability on the new car, and the claimed they send me few letters to send them pictures of the car. How about a phone call or an email ? What if I had gotten into an accident ? What if the bank would have drop me. I had to drop them. Sorry is not enough. Agents and nice but no sense of care.

Kevin and his team made it so easy to set up the insurance for our new home. We also use Kevin for our Auto insurance which saved us a TON of money and we are planning on obtaining life insurance from his group as well. I highly reccomend Kevin Franchino for all of your insurance needs!

I wish I saw Sheona's review before I signed up with Kevin's team at AllState. They were very courteous to win me as a customer and provided good rate but a month later, their underwriting department cancelled my insurance due to no fence for my above-ground pool (which does not violate the code for New York state) with no advanced warning (no calls, no emails, etc). When I called them, there was no one to return my call or had any attention to help me solve the problem. In addition, they did not cancel my State Farm Insurance and started charging me with the auto insurance. I have been paying two insurance companies for four months for the same car. When I called State Farm, they told me AllState NY was not even qualified to provide me insurance as my car is registered with NJ. The whole thing was a big disappointment. If you are thinking for doing business with Kevin's team, think twice!

I dealt with Kevin Franchino office for months trying to get proper paper work and information. This office never responds back and will not follow through on their proper procedures. Mr. Franchino will not help or provide information when you call to ask for help. I would NOT recommend going to this agent. It’s a shame because I have had Allstate for years.
