What kind of "convenience" store can't even do people the convenience of making change? All I got was an idiotic excuse about "we're not supposed to open the register unnecessarily" (and it's not like I was just there to make change, I had bought something but then I needed the $20 I got in change from the self-checkout broken down further).

Absolutely the rudest pharmacist ever. Very unhelpful and she acts in an uninterested, condescending, unprofessional manner. I have been coming to cvs for years and she tried to say she couldn’t locate my records. Terrible customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.

Went to make a return, and cashier helped me until the last step where the manager had to come approve the return. The manger came and told me that I could not return because it was not to the same card, which it was and I showed him. He told me to go back to the store where I purchased from. I then went to another cvs which was not where the original purchase was from, and the manager told me he did not even need my card for the return. The manager at the Bardonia location just lied to me because he did not want to take my return.

This is getting out of hand. My grandmother went to get the covid vaccine here. My dad went with her since she is over 85-years-old. My grandmother doesn't have health insurance, and when the pharmacist discovered it he wanted to charge my dad 200 DOLLARS. My dad of course didn't budge since it's advertised even by the government that it's free even without insurance. Even after my grandmother got the shot the doctor ASKED HER FOR A TIP. Horrible experience and wouldn't recommend anybody coming here for their vaccines.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, do not go here if you have a choice! Gave me misinformation on how to transfer a Rx, which I wasted the next 30 minutes calling pharmacies, wading through the lengthy automated systems to get to speak with a human, only to then be told they wouldn’t process my transfer because they were leaving for lunch in 5 minutes. My husband proceeded to wait for 2.5 hours (beyond the lunch break) for his Rx to be filled, including waiting INSIDE the pharmacy!!! Then when he showed them the Good Rx code they told him they’d have to “reprocess” the whole Rx and he’d have to wait again…. WTAF! He ended up just paying out of pocket and walking away, enough was enough. Thanks CVS for wasting hours of our day and our money because of your employees ineptitude and laziness. Ridiculous.

Pharmacy is a joke... insanely slow, employees ignore you and are insanely rude - don't like your job, get another one. Worse CVS I've ever been in, but there are many other choices in the area and I'm taking my prescriptions elsewhere. Never felt more like I'm unwanted as at this pharmacy...

TERRIBLE PHARMACY! Laziest Pharmacist in Rockland County! He won’t do anything 15 mins leading up to his lunch break and will hang up on you if he doesn’t know the answer. Stands around laughing with the staff telling inappropriate jokes while one clown works the register. Forget trying to use Good RX. The staff has no idea how to ring up that kind of complex order. Always lines, always slow, always a headache. Go to Valley Cottage instead! Fabulous staff.

This place seems very disorganized. Every time I come here after making an appointment for vaccine it is always a line and long wait. I have been to other CVS for vaccine and I am out of there in less than five minutes. Does appointment mean anything at this location?Changing my review to 1 star. My appointment was for 4:15pm for COVID and flu shot I was waiting until 6:pm and they were still not done with 4pm appointment. I found out there were four people with 4:15pm appointment, same as mine and they were taking 30-40 min per person. I just walked out at 6pm without taking any shots.

I cannot say enough about Laura, the clinician who was running the Minute Clinic. It was the end of the day on a holiday weekend and she was able to make time for us right before closing. I am so grateful to her for her graciousness and professionalism. I would recommend this Minute Clinic to anyone getting routine blood work as well as Covid 19 testing.

My review is based mostly upon the outstanding experience I had with the minute clinic. I brought my daughter there on a Saturday because her pediatrician’s office was closed. Over the years I have gone to several urgent care facilities in the area with mixed results. My experience with the Bardonia CVS minute clinic was the best I’ve ever had. The nurse practitioner was thorough, patient and competent.It was my first occasion using the pharmacy at this location and it was positive. The prescription we needed was filed immediately.

Perhaps answer a pharmacy call after 1 hour waiting and still no one picks up phone. Frustrated. and disgusted. Staff is rude and hostile, I get a text saying scrips are ready and when I go in person, I'm told to wait, not ready. I just want to pick up meds in one shot. The drive is long. Abusive minus one if it was an option!

Worst pharmacy ever. They put you on hold for forever. Then after being on hold for 30 mins after they pick up your call, ask for your name and then they put you back on hold forever.
