Ordered a rental textbook which they never delivered. They claim they delivered it, which my cameras on my property disprove.Took over an hour to finally reach a person on the phone for them to tell me "it was delivered" which it never was. They claimed porch pirates stole my package, which I would have seen on camera, but they never delivered anything to my address so there was nothing to steal.They turned a $35 rental textbook into $35 lost, $100 to repay the rental book company, then another $35 to rent a new book. Post office is 100% in the wrong and took 0% responsibility.

The subs and weekend carriers keep delivering my packages to the wrong building or wrong unit. The buildings are labeled. My regular mail carrier is fantastic, but I have had 4 deliveries recently go to the wrong address. I’m having to stalk around my neighbors houses and look like a porch pirate just to get what was supposed to be delivered to me…

This is the best post office - if there were going to be a model for a usps office to use as an excellent example, this would be it. The staff is the best there is - always kind, polite, very friendly and extremely helpful. I hope the public understands that issues with shipping something out and issues of it being received on the other end are not usually the fault of your local post office - these items travel all over the place - Once they leave here this post office one has no idea or control of what is happening with it. If you need to mail something in this area, use Burnt Hills and avoid the Glenville branch whenever possible.

I called today, Jun 9th, 2022 to inquire about a priority mail package that the USPS tracking website showed still in transit when the tracking information was supposed to reflect that it had been delivered. I spoke to a very nice lady who was very personable with excellent customer service skills. She was dilligent in tracking down the correct information regarding my package. I wish my post office here in Western Washington State provided the same excellent customer service (can't get my post office to even answer the phone) that the Burnt Hills Post Office provided.

Send a package that they can’t deliver, and then they ransom it for more postage to get it back? Can’t even speak to anyone as they have over an hour wait time.
