The head pharmacist that work there is completely rude and disrespectful. She literally told me that she can't help me because she's short-staffed and doesn't have the time. What kind of pharmacist tells someone that. That is so rude and disrespectful. Her demeanor was so disgusting towards me and I did nothing wrong to her. I even asked her why she's being so mean to me. I will never go back to that pharmacy

Been wierd at night I won’t go in after 7 anymore one night there was 8 cars in parking lot but one worker and no one u else something seemed wierd no other shoppers either very strange for a store I’ll have to go to other one after hours is strange no one except one person runs store they need more help at night makes u feel odd when u go in and tons of cars no one there like a ghost town also cus the cars I thought geese must be busy or have lots of help but one worker at night is not enough Mabey they had something going on after 8 that was like a meeting don’t know but strange then I asked why are there so many cars she couldn’t tell me went what cars so I might just go in day really odd happening made me feel so strange don’t think I’ll come back at night oh well

The pharmacy department is absolutely amazing! I called looking for some medication and not only did they double check if they had it, they pulled it and held it for me. They didn’t have to, but they have kind, golden hearts. Thank you all! I’m so grateful.

Went in on my lunch break, was overcharged for items I bought. It took 20 mins to get a refund because the manager wouldn't respond to page on intercom system. I had to actually walk around the store to find them. I just wanted the difference in what I was owed. They had to do a full refund, which takes my bank a week post to my account. Being short on funds I left with no merchandise, and no money.Then I call my bank, refund was actually deposited only to have CVS take the funds they just refunded back again. I call the store back, told I need to contact 1800 shop cvs and when I do, they tell me I have to wait another 24hrs because they cannot see transactions before 48 hrs from time of occurrence. I am so livid and will NEVER shop this store again. Lousy customer service in todays age if technology!!!

I’d pay to be able to leave 0 stars. Danielle was the rudest individual I’ve ever encountered while simply asking routine questions. She had an attitude as soon as she picked up the phone, and it escalated with every second that passed. Horrendous customer service.

Came for a vaccine, stood here while none of the staff, including the pharmacist, bothered to tell me anything for ten minutes, then gave me an attitude when I asked for help. Definitely will never come back.

I've had several negative experiences with this CVS. We received an automated phone call telling us an autofill prescription was ready. I went to CVS to pick it up and the woman at the drive-through told me it wasn't ready. I explained that I had received a phone call stating otherwise, and she very rudely told me it was not, that we do not have autofill turned on, that she didn't have time to fill it, and that I'd have to come back another time. About 6 hours later, I called back to ask whether it was ready, because I did not want to drive back to CVS if the prescription wasn't ready. I'm pretty certain I spoke with the same woman, who was again extremely rude. She insisted that we DO have autofill for the prescription and that it had been ready and was that morning when I was there.In another situation, I was waiting for a fairly urgent prescription for many hours after a sick visit at the doctor. I didn't receive a notification that the prescription was ready after about 5 hours, so I called to ask to verify they at least had received it from the doctor. They seemed very confused but eventually located the prescription number and said they hadn't gotten around to it. At about 7:40, they called to say it was ready. I looked online to see when the pharmacy closed, and Google said 9:00. I got ready and left as quickly as I could and walked in just minutes before 8:00. I walked up to the pharmacy counter and saw several workers. One came over and didn't ask what I needed, but immediately said they were closed. While I do understand and appreciate closing times, it was JUST 8, if even technically 8, and he didn't even ask what I needed. He told me to come back the following day. I have worked in the service industry in various capacities and I would absolutely not close early and then refuse to help a customer without even asking what they needed. This also left us without medication we really needed for an illness for another 12 hours. Furthermore, CVS should adjust their Google My Business listing to correctly reflect that the pharmacy's operating hours do NOT extend to 9:00, as that information is why I rushed out, thinking I would get there in time.

I would really like to leave 0 stars, truth be told. I did business with this pharmacy for years before the moved and grew-life savers! Now, rudeness, pharmacy reps are snarky; it takes forever for them to pick up the phone much less fill a prescription on a timely manner.The store itself it’s always self service! In 2015 I (not my family) became a patient of Glenville’s Market 32 Pharmacy and I don’t or never had a:single complaint. Priceless and professional. Questions have always been answered and their staff is the tops. As a matter of fact, I need to tell them do!

Loretta downright harrassed me at checkout over getting an extra care card, calling me "foolish" when I told her I didn't have time to sign up. Has the products I need, but this eployee was hostile.

I can't believe how rude the staff is at this pharmacy. Even pre-covid when they were fully staffed, they were rude. I am transferring all of my prescriptions elsewhere, and when I told the cashier I was doing so, she said she was glad to hear it.

First things first DON't get the COVID TEST, J&J, Phizer, it doesn't matter, first shot was fine, second shot, 2 days later, I got sick, no body in that building can tell me it was anything else. Why inject something into your body if you feel great, don't get this garbage unless your forced to get it. Aka travel outside the country, it's all just for the pharmaceutical companies to make money, let's be honest here... we didn't run to the quack to take a pill to relieve a sore throat... we took honey, best thing to relive any illness is to stay away from dairy, eggs, consume vitamins B, C, and D as well as Zinc. Don't listen to to your local pharmacist, they are getting paid to lie to you.

Our CVS still manages to keep that hometown feel. The pharmacist knows us, and are always friendly and professional. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
