Dr Clement is wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He is always so kind and thoughtful. He always takes the time to explain things to us. I can only speak to Dr Clement. The up front staff are very friendly and helpful.

Everyone is always helpful, concerned about our dogs and very polite. Dr Gordon has seen our many dogs for several years and we trust her completely. We know when we call their office our dogs will get the very best care.!

The Dr Gordon was very patient and kind knew how hard it was going to be to say goodbye to my Sammy as for the staff they also had so much kindness and compassion and patience it took numerous attempts with canceling before I could put my sweet boy to sleep. i care for my daughters two dogs which kept my mind busy from missing Sammy but I also made them patients of Dr. Gordon I trust her opinion . Thank you to Dr. Gordon and the staff of a Burnt Hills Vet for helping make this very hard time just a little easier.

The staff are great! I'm also so grateful for Burnt Hills Vet because they have always made time to see my pets even in emergency situations. And it's such a relief that they actually provide an boarding program that I can trust my pets with.
