Had a great experience there was a hiccup with the trailer a few days later nothing major called they were rate on it I will be buying all my trailers from them for now on highly recommend and lowest prices trailer is solid

Quick and easy transaction. Talked with Jon over the phone relating to his inventory. He offered me a trailer that he received from his vendor on promotion that fit my exact needs and instead of selling it to me at retail he honored the promotion price. Not a lot of trailer dealers would have done that as I have been shopping the same trailer all over New England and no other dealer offered me the promotion price. Jon also responded to my texts after normal business hours which is above and beyond in todays market(s). When I sent my text questions I totally expected a response the following morning, during normal business hours. His quick response, knowledge of his products, honesty, and no pressure sales lead me to drive 2.5hrs to make the deal. Once at his dealership the transaction, trailer, prep, and delivery were complete in under an hour. His staff worked quickly, explained in detail their experiences with the type of trailer I bought, and were professional as well. I could have bought the same trailer less than 30 minutes from my home but both price and Jon swayed me to make the drive. In conclusion if I were in the market for another tomorrow my first call would be to Jon at Andersen Trailers.

If anyone is looking for a truly quick and easy buying process, this is the place to go. Drove by, went online, selected a trailer, clicked on the financing button. Within 5 minutes of completing the form i have approval. The next day I called Jon, very competent in trailers!! Stopped in, picked out the trailer I wanted and signed the paperwork. The next day I stopped in - trailer was all ready to go. Hooked up and now I have my trailer home. Pricing was unbelievable. I found one company in Maine with similar quality and similar price. 5 hour drive. Nope. Jon took more money off because it had been on the lot for awhile. Great buying experience. Thank you

Andersen made it super simple to purchase an equipment trailer. Prices and service were great. They would have prepped it the same day for me to take delivery but they happily held it for me until following week. They called me on my day of pick up to let me know it was prepped and ready to go. Excellent communication.

I have been using Andersen boat for probably 25 years!! Only place I take my boat. Recently I decided to update my engine to a 4 stroke, long story short.. Jon misquoted and did the honorable thing, he honored the deal!!Who does that today? I will share with everyone! Jon and his crew are a class above!
