I've had great experiences working with tom but Tom's listings aren't for everyone! Most of them are bank foreclosures bank owned and this isn't always a great option for everyone. If your tough and not afraid of some hard work you might find a deal with him.

Saw a few properties with Tom Trevett, didn’t end up closing but he was professional and very nice every time.

If this is the listing agent, RUN the other way. It is NOT even worth your dream home to try and work with him. Beyond negligent. No communication skills. Won’t return your calls or keep you updated on anything about the house you put an offer on. His reviews should speak volumes already. The list could go on. Do yourself a favor after seeing his reviews and just don’t work with him or buy a house from him.

Tom did an appraisal for our lender and from start to finish he was professional and very pleasant and considerate. Great guy.

Put offer on home, backed out after finding mold, boiler and other issues that we wanted. It's been 3 months and we still haven't received our deposit back. Sounds like larceny to me, I wouldn't even bother giving them a rating. If you see this realtor, move on.

Do they even bother to look at their ratings? Just like everyone sais...never answers phone, never calls back, never has time, incompetent company all around. No idea how they are during the sale process because they won’t even bother going forward from the showing process lol.

Trying to buy one of there houses is absolutely terrible ! Almost four months in the house isn't ready! Giving my agent the run around . On zillow posted that the house was ready to be moved in when there was mold in the attic and they didn't winterize the house correctly . This doesn't even deserve a star ..

Wish i could give no stars - Similar experience as reviews indicate below. I have dealt with multiple real estate agents both buying & selling properties & have never experienced "unprofessionalism" on this level - Buyers & sellers alike beware!!!
My Real Estate agent called Thomas in the afternoon to let him know i was interested in buying a property & would be submitting an offer. Thomas said there were currently no offers....
Woke up the next morning & the property was listed as sold. Thomas never even looked at my offer, which could have been more than what was submitted & accepted by the property owner. I never received a courtesy call or anything! - Very Unprofessional!

To my dismay.. A negative star! I called several times, emails, no response on a house just listed the same day I started making calls. Reading the other reviews, this realtor should not have a license. I wonder what type of business he is really running.

It should give the option of NO STAR!!!! Our agent called and asked to them to call if any other offers were put in on a house and he told him to either put an offer in or don't. We were looking for the best apr for financing and had to fight with Equifax cause after putting in a dispute on our credit it wiped out my credit score. After calling Iran( which is where Equifax is based out of) several times they fixed it where the credit score came back. We were very ready to make a move. Last night the house updated as Pending and his score was available today. I'm not sure how Trevett Group stays in business. Also my agent waited almost a week before Trevett told him too bad. What a joke of a company. Buyer beware!

I wish I could give minus stars, because giving them one star is too good. They list houses, you make arrangements to go look (with your own Realtor), you want to make an offer but have a couple of questions. Your Realtor calls....and calls.....and they NEVER call you back. I tried calling and emailing with the same result. Ten days later, the house is "pending". Did they ever stop to think that maybe our offer would've been better ?!? After some searching, I discovered that this is their M.O.....they don't return calls. If I were a seller, I would NEVER use them because they are not working in the best interest of their client. Heck, they don't even have a website. Be warned!

We just closed on a house yesterday, so I am extra excited, but I was very happy working with Tom! When we read the reviews, we were worried, but Tom was great to work with. There are always some things that come up with every house, but Tom called me back all the time and we worked through all the red tape. So thankful!

Absolutely terrible- no ethics, very unprofessional, not trust worthy at all, and totally incompetent. They were unable to give me a price on a house they were selling for literally over a month. They don't return phone calls. I finally got a viewing scheduled, Pam didn't show. Then she had the audacity to attempt to place the blame on me, saying I didn't confirm. Why would I possibly have to confirm? We spoke on the phone, agreed to meet on Monday at 6, and then we hung up. I showed, she did not. I chose to lose the property rather than end up in a mess with this company, what a shame. I'm not sure why anyone lists with them? I've dealt with several realty companies, I've never experienced anything like this.
