Ice from the top of another vehicle hit our windshield shattering about 3/4 of it while on a 13.5 hour drive back to SC through NY. Although they did not have the windshield of our make/model in stock and could not have it arrive soon due to a holiday weekend, they stayed with us on the phone and had us text pictures of the windshield to let us know if it was safe to continue traveling. Anyone who is willing to go above and beyond to ease our anxiety and provide their expert opinion is someone I would recommend. Thank you, Superior Glass!

When I was in a time pinch to have my window repaired Curtis came through like superman. He ordered the exact window I needed and received the parts in less than 2 days later. Everyone else I contacted said it would take until next week for the parts to come in. Whoever he has on his supply team is doing a great job. I was very pleased with the results. Curtis made the entire process smooth and the work was quick and easy. Customer service was exceptional, you can tell he really cares about his craft. He had me out of there in less than an hr. I would most definitely recommend Superior Glass for your auto glass needs!

Needed to get a new windshield quickly and painlessly so my car could pass inspection. Curtis was awesome. He arrived on time the first day to repair my windshield but politely told me it needed replaced instead. He would order the windshield and get back to me when he got it to schedule replacement. Curtis stayed in touch and showed up on time again and replaced windshield without any problems. After a week, I have no issues with leaks either.

Well let me start off with how great superior glass is. When i needed my window fixed it was 8pm and he answered his phone and told me he'd order the window right away. From the start Curtis the owner was great with communicating all the steps. When the window came in he drove to my house and did the job fast and efficiently.
